Get our Private Chef Thorsten directly to the farmhouse and let him cook for you. Enjoy a multi-course menu directly in the farmhouse. With fresh produce straight from the Farmhaus garden. Just like that or for a special occasion.


Spring & summer menu - selectable as 3 or 4 courses, changes are of course possible:


Strawberry and tomato gazpacho (cold) with basil pesto from the farmhouse garden and herb croutons (vegan option also available)

or

Asparagus pannacotta with smoked salmon tartare and parmesan crisps

or

White tomato soup with Italian seasoning oil and basil gnocchi (vegan option also available)


Beef fillet, cooked sous vide, on potato and parsnip puree and port wine jus

or

Salmon under a Parmesan nut crust on wild garlic risotto

or

Wild garlic risotto with goat's cheese, almond crunch and confit tomatoes (also vegan possible)


Chocolate brownie with salted caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream

or

Basilicum-Pannacotta on strawberry salad from the farmhouse garden (also vegan option)

or

Duo chocolate mousse with meringue and berries (also vegan option)

Prices:

3-course: €70.00 per adult with 6-9 people taking part.

3-course: €60.00 per adult with 10-14 people taking part.


4-course: €80.00 per adult with 6-9 people taking part.

4-course: €70.00 per adult with 10-14 people taking part.

€25.00 for children between 3 and 12 years of age.

A surcharge applies for fewer than 6 participants.


Additional €70.00 for preparation and follow-up, arrival and departure & cooking equipment.
