Spring & summer menu - selectable as 3- or 4-course:


Strawberry and tomato gazpacho (cold) with basil pesto from the Farmhaus garden and herb croutons (vegan option available)

Asparagus pannacotta with smoked salmon tartare and parmesan crisps

White tomato soup with Italian seasoning oil and basil gnocchi (vegan option available)


Fillet of beef, cooked sous vide, on potato and parsnip puree and port wine jus

Salmon under a Parmesan nut crust on wild garlic risotto

or

Wild garlic risotto with goat's cheese, almond crunch and confit tomatoes (vegan option also available)


Chocolate brownie with salted caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream

3-course: €65.00 per adult with 6-9 participants.

3-course: €55.00 per adult with 10-14 participants.


4-course: €75.00 per adult with 6-9 participants.

4-course: € 65.00 per adult for 10-14 participants.

20,00 € for children between 3 and 12 years.

A surcharge applies for less than 6 participants.
