TURN-DOWN SERVICE:

We are happy to offer our daily turn-down service on request. In order to guarantee a timely turn-down service, we kindly ask you to inform our reception team by 3.00 pm on the same day at the latest.

BATH BAG:

For the duration of your stay, we will provide you with a fluffy bathrobe, slippers and a bathing bag.

MATTRESSES & PILLOWS:

With the BIONIC sleeping system, we offer you the highest level of sleeping comfort during your vacation thanks to a lying system tailored to your body with two different firmnesses in just one mattress. You can also choose from our à la carte pillow menu - from Swiss stone pine pillows to neck support pillows. Of course, you also have the option of buying your favorite pillow from our pillow menu.

MINIBAR:

The minibar in your room is refilled daily and the costs incurred are charged to your hotel bill. Please let our reception staff know what you consumed on the last day of your vacation when you check out.

NESPRESSO:

Three Nespresso capsules/per day are included in the room rate. You can of course order additional capsules at reception at any time. For each additional capsule we charge € 2.20 per capsule.

SAFE:

There is a small hotel safe in every room. However, if you have valuables worth more than € 700.00, please deposit them in our safe at reception. We ask you to leave the safe door open when you leave.

VALENTINA & PHILIPPA KAUFMANN

You will find exclusive SPA products from "Valentina & Philippa Kaufmann" in your room. You are also welcome to purchase these at the wellness reception.

HIKING RUCKSACK:

You can borrow a hiking rucksack for the duration of your stay.

LAUNDRY SERVICE:

We are happy to take care of cleaning your clothes. You will find a laundry bag in your wardrobe. Please put your laundry in the bag and place it clearly visible on the bed. The laundry will be returned to you after a maximum of 36 hours! The charge will be made via the hotel bill. Please understand that dry cleaning is not possible in our hotel.

WAKE-UP SERVICE:

You are welcome to order your personal wake-up call at reception by calling extension: 9.

WLAN:

Free internet access via WLAN. Simply select the CENTRALHOTEL network and log in.

ROOM SERVICE:

We are happy to serve you breakfast and dishes from our bistro menu in your room until 11.00 pm on request.(Room service fee € 5.00 per drink order, € 20.00 per food order)
