Ready to challenge His Majesty the Stelvio by bike or on foot?
A classic for Stelvio lovers
The King Stelvio Mapei 2024 has now become a classic, having reached its 39th edition.
The event is unique and unmissable and unites more than 3,000 competitors who compete on the 42 hairpin bends of the most famous Stelvio alpine climb.
The competition is one of a kind: at the starting blocks are runners and cyclists (professionals and amateurs) ready to tackle the legendary Stelvio climb (1,533 m. of elevation gain) to the summit, the Cima Coppi, with its 2,758 m; total, 21.097 km from Bormio to the Stelvio Pass.
The event includes a half-marathon, a running race open to all, a non-competitive cycling rally dedicated to pedal-assisted bikes, and a competitive bike race.
Due to the popularity of the race and the high number of participants, the climb from Bormio to the Stelvio Pass will be closed to motorized vehicles and dedicated only to those participating in the event.

8.50 a.m. | half marathon start (reserved for Fidal or propaganda organization members)
9.00 a.m. | start running trial open to all
9.10 am | departure non-competitive cycling rally dedicated to pedal-assisted bicycles
9.15 am | departure for women's categories competitive bicycle race Re Stelvio-Mapei

9:30 a.m. | departure for men's categories competitive cycling race Re Stelvio-Mapei
