TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation Conditions:

Please note that there is no right of cancellation under the Consumer Code (notification under Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Code (GvD 206/2005), but we still grant the following cancellation conditions:

• A deposit payment
• In the event of cancellation prior to 7 days from the scheduled arrival date, the deposit may be credited toward a later stay in the current season and subject to availability. The 30% reservation deposit will be refunded in full only if the new reservation matches the value of the cancelled one; in case of shortened duration, only 30% of the new reservation will be refunded, resulting in partial loss.
• In case of cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
• In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the entire booked period will be charged.
