Poker until the snow melts: CAPT Seefeld 2026

From February 2 to 15, 2026, Casino Seefeld will once again be transformed into a hot spot for poker fans from all over the world. Prize money of around 2.5 million euros is expected.

The popular Casinos Austria Poker Tour (CAPT) returns to the winter sports paradise of Tyrol with two exciting weeks of tournaments. In the midst of the majestic, snow-covered mountains, participants will not only experience thrilling poker action, but also a unique supporting program that combines winter sports and poker enjoyment. In addition, the elite of the German-speaking and international poker scene is expected to attend. Among the guests are several World Series of Poker bracelet winners as well as renowned poker influencers who will lend additional prestige to the event.

Poker in a winter paradise

In recent years, CAPT Seefeld has earned a special place in the heart of the poker community. The Casino Seefeld provides the perfect setting for exciting tournaments, and the surroundings could not be more spectacular: located directly in the Alps, Seefeld offers numerous winter sports opportunities - from alpine skiing to Nordic activities. The CAPT Seefeld brings poker action at the highest level and a winter wonderland for all guests.

A highlight in the supporting program: curling

A special attraction awaits the participants on 6 February. To enrich the tournament week with a playful winter highlight, Casino Seefeld is organizing a curling event. No sporting prowess is required - every participant can easily take part in curling. In addition, all poker players have the chance to win one of four tickets to the Snow Festival worth 550 euros. The event will start at 10.30 am in the Seefeld Congress Center, food and drink will be provided and registration is possible directly on site.

The tournament program - excitement guaranteed

The CAPT Seefeld 2026 starts on 29 January with the first qualifying rounds at Casino Wien and on 30 January at Casino Bregenz, before the actual tournaments begin on 5 February at Casino Seefeld with the three-day Poker Snow Festival in Texas Hold'em No Limit. New this year: players who qualify twice will receive a bonus of 3,000 euros, which will bring additional excitement to the action.

In addition to the popular Texas Hold'em No Limit tournaments, the program also includes Pot Limit Omaha and Bounty tournaments. A special highlight is the €3,000 + €300 Highlander event (February 9-10) and the top-class High Roller event with a buy-in of €25,000 + €750 on February 11. The crowning finale is the Main Event from February 12 to 15 with a buy-in of €2,000 + €200.
