Excursion to the peak of Sas dla Para (Lavinores)

The hike begins in Pederü, accessible by bus (free with the Guest Pass) or by car (toll road). On the left side of the valley, follow the military road (marked numbers 7 and 9) that climbs steeply up to the Fodara Vedla alpine pasture (1,972 m), from where Sas dla Para (Lavinores) is already visible. Continue following trail number 9 towards Ra Stua. After a few hundred meters, you'll come across an unusual green sign with the word "Lavinores" pointing right. The trail continues southeast, crossing several small hills and plateaus along a long, gently ascending path. On the east ridge, turn southwest and hike the last 200 meters to the summit of Sas dla Para (Lavinores) (2,462 m). The descent follows the same route as the ascent.
