From March 6 to 21, 2027, the international elite of snowboarding, freestyle, and freeskiing will gather in Montafon. The FIS World Championships will bring world-class athletes, thousands of fans, and thrilling competitions to one of the most sports-oriented winter sports regions in the Alps.

An entire valley in World Championship fever

The World Championships are jointly organized by the Austrian Ski Federation, the Montafon Ski Club, the Montafon municipalities, Montafon Tourism, and the mountain railways.

Together, they create an event that inspires far beyond the realm of sports and makes the passion for winter sports palpable throughout the entire valley.
