Experience the wintry Kleinwalsertal on a ski tour and get a first insight into the techniques of this fascinating sport. Get to know the ski touring equipment as well as the most important ascent and descent techniques and get a first short introduction to avalanche awareness and tour planning. After the ascent you will enjoy an unforgettable view of the Walser mountains and a descent in dusty powder snow or crackling firn back to the valley.

Prerequisite

Good skiing skills on black slopes, fitness for approx. two-hour ascents.

Equipment

Ski touring equipment incl. skins, daypack with provisions must be brought along. Avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe are provided.
