Short and intense is the goal of this short workout. With a HIT training only for the abdomen, we give real gas. Short warm-up and then it starts 2x about 6-7min different abdominal exercises are done in succession until it really burns. Who knows maybe they repeat this workout at home, because it does not take long but it works!
