In the Outback Lodge, which looks like the dining room of Crocodile Dundee, you can verify this with a glass of "Foster" or "VB" while enjoying the typical fusion cuisine. If you want something more exotic, the hunters have hunted down some specialties from "down under", which are put on the hot grill here every day. For example, kangaroo entrecôte or fillets of crocodile that will have you happily jumping and chattering your teeth on the way home.
