A weekend with Qi Gong – time for movement, breathing, and inner balance. The body comes into flow. The inner rhythm slows down.
Program
During these days, space can open up within the body and calm can settle in the mind. Flowing Qi Gong movements and mindful breathing support this process. The natural setting of the house provides additional space. Step by step, a sense of inner spaciousness and quiet presence emerges.
