Martha Stieger's herbal hike in Martell

The herb hike takes a total of approx. 3 hours 30 minutes with a walking time of approx. 1 hour. We identify wild herbs and discuss their use in cooking and medicine. On the way we will fortify ourselves with herbal products we have brought with us.

Meeting point: Meier 258, Martell, herb garden (possibility to get here by bus). Limited number of participants!

About the person: Martha Stieger is a trained herbalist and certified nature coach. In 2019, she also completed herbal cultivation at the Laimburg technical college and additional training as a natural cosmetics consultant in Neustift. She is happy when she can take her health into her own hands and recommends everyone to do the same: Go out into nature, we have the best and the simplest remedies on our doorstep.
