When the moon is in its full glory in the sky, many people feel a special energy. The full moon has always been said to have a strengthening effect on our feelings, our intuition and our sleep. The brightness of the moon can influence our natural biorhythm and invites us to pause, let go and recharge our batteries. We would like to dedicate one day a month to the full moon - a day of regeneration. A natural cycle on this special day of activation, strengthening and regeneration - the moon moves the oceans, the moon moves you too.


Each yoga session can be attended individually and free of charge as part of a hotel booking or a day spa.

10:00 - 10:30 a.m. / LUNAR ACTIVATION - Arrive at your own rhythm

Guided full moon meditation with handpan and gentle recitation. A calm start to the day - collection, centering, alignment.


10:40 - 11:20 a.m. / BREATHING LIKE THE OCEAN - Mental clarity and energy through conscious breathing

Structured breathing sequences, easy to implement and supported by mind-expanding sound frequencies. The breath becomes a regulating force. Inhale - exhale - be.


11:30 - 12:30 / LUNAR FLOW - movement in rhythm - letting go freely

Flowing, calm yoga practice with clear alignment. Singing bowls in selected holding phases deepen the relaxation.


14:30 - 15:30 / MOON WALK - Conscious movement in nature

Guided meditative walk with breathing impulses and short moments of silence. Nature as a resonance chamber, the breath as a pacemaker.


15:40 - 16:20 / DEEP MOONLIGHT RESET - Deep regeneration

Quiet yoga sequences with longer holding phases. Yinyoga elements meet deep relaxation and sound.


16:30 - 17:30 / FULL MOON INTEGRATION - Sound, breath and silence

Guided breathwork sequence with conscious humming, handpan improvisation and silence. A clear, calm conclusion - with depth
