The Wildgerlostal - reservoir tour

3-hour beautiful circular hike around the picturesque Durlassboden reservoir for the whole family.

From the Seestüberl at the top of the dam (1,400 m), you start the 3-hour, varied hike along trail no. 4 on the north side (left bank of the lake). Follow green meadow and forest paths to the Larmachbach stream (bridge) and on to Finkaustraße.

Follow the asphalt road no. 540 (watch out for traffic) to the bridge at the Schütthofalm. From here, it is worth taking a detour (1.5 km, keeping left) around the small Finkausee lake to the Alpengasthof Finkau.

Here you can fortify yourself with local specialties while the children let off steam in the adventure playground and enjoy the hotel's own petting zoo. Back at the Schütthofalm, the beautiful hiking trail no. 4 leads straight ahead (west side) to the Bärschlagalm (1,460 m) and via the Dammkrone back to the starting point.
