Pilates is a stress-relieving full-body workout designed to build muscle quickly and sustainably, as well as improve posture, flexibility, and coordination. The goal of all exercises is to strengthen the core—the abdomen, back, and pelvis—and to improve body awareness.
Liebscher & Bracht: Many types of pain are caused by excessive tension and too much strain on muscles and fascia due to insufficient or one-sided movement. The goal is to alleviate such pain, prevent restricted movement, increase range of motion, and simultaneously build muscle through targeted stretching and strengthening exercises based on the Liebscher & Bracht method.
Suitable for: Women and men of all ages, for preventive purposes or for people with back and disc problems, shoulder injuries, and much more.
