In yoga, breathing techniques are used to consciously direct and control prana, the life energy.

In order to experience the effect directly, the most important thing is not to read about it, but simply to try it out!


We practice various simple breathing techniques:

- to activate and awaken

- to harmonize and balance

- to balance and regenerate


Always outside in the fresh air if possible, in the gym if the weather is too cold.
