Austria’s highest indoor yoga class: Start your day with a very special yoga session at the legendary gourmet restaurant ice Q, located 3,048 meters above sea level. Surrounded by three-thousand-meter peaks, enjoy an exclusive yoga session in a small group.
Whether for relaxation, some mindful “me time,” or an active start to the day: This yoga session strengthens the body, mind, and inner peace. Afterward, a balanced breakfast awaits you at the ice Q gourmet restaurant featuring culinary delights and views of numerous three-thousand-meter peaks.
Please remember to dress appropriately for the weather!
- Be sure to bring your Ötztal Summer Card for the gondola rides
- Breakfast at ice Q is free for our guests when combined with the yoga session (2 hot drinks, 1 breakfast per person)
- Participation is only possible with registration by 3:00 p.m. on the day before the event.
