Welcome to your home away from home! To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we would like to provide you with some information about your room.

Minibar

Your minibar is replenished once a day and is intended for your enjoyment during your stay at the hotel. Please note that the products are not intended to be taken away. For safety reasons, we also ask you not to take any glass containers into the spa area.

Safe for valuables

A safe is available in your room to keep your valuables safe. Please note, however, that we cannot accept any liability for items stored in the safe.

Security

Your safety is important to us. You will therefore find an escape plan in your room as well as a modern smoke alarm system. We would like to point out that smoking is strictly prohibited in our rooms and all public areas. The system triggers an alarm in the event of non-compliance.

Care products

If you need large quantities of soap or other care products during your stay, you can purchase them at reception. Please note that the products provided in your room are not intended to be taken away.

Lost&Found

If you have forgotten or lost something in your room, please contact our reception. For reasons of discretion, we will not proactively contact you, but we will keep lost items ready for collection for a reasonable time.
