Immerse yourself in the depths of nature for a day and a night.

Alone, all to yourself. No emails, no phone calls, no social media.

Before your time out in the forest, we will spend half a day in our base camp getting you in the mood and preparing you for your time. How do I set up my camp, what do I need to consider, how do I keep warm and dry?

What view do I take into the forest, what do I need to bear in mind?

After your return from your time in the forest, we will, if you wish, spend half a day with you in our base camp talking about your experiences, dreams and encounters in the forest and help you integrate them into your everyday life.

What is included?

A night under the open sky or in a tent in the forest.

Exercises and reflections in nature.

Professional support from experienced mentors, also during the forest time-out.

Lovingly prepared wholesome meals, vegan or vegetarian on request. Whenever possible, food is cooked over a campfire.

All necessary outdoor equipment is provided.

Stay around the campfire in the base camp or use of the seminar room depending on the weather.

Schedule:

1st day:

until 16:00 Arrival at our base camp in the Lüneburg Heath

Day 2:

Time out in the forest. Overnight stay in a rain-protected hammock

3: Day . Return to base camp. Breakfast around the campfire. Sharing about your time in the forest. Around noon: Farewell to your time in the forest.
