The focus of this yoga practice is on yin, letting go and accepting all sensations experienced in the moment. By spending a long time in the respective exercises (asanas), the muscles, fasciae, connective tissue and ligaments gradually relax. The body is gently stretched and you dive deep into your core. After the intensive stretches, you will feel calm, relaxed and balanced.
Minimum number of participants: 2 people
Registration is possible until 11 a.m. on the respective day at the latest! Registration is mandatory!
