Our chef of the house or Steffi will show you how to layer the spaetzle properly - reveal which cheese mixture makes our knöpfle so special and explain why we use the Bregenzerwälder Holzbutte for the Käsknöpfle. A culinary highlight for all cheese lovers.

We will also be happy to give you tips for matching wines from Austria.
