Note:

The vacation apartments in the Hotel Komplex Schweizerhof are managed separately from the hotel. The reception is therefore only accessible to hotel guests. We therefore ask you to contact us if you have any questions. Our office is located in our family business "Bergcafé Aurora" on Lenzerheide.

Family pool/wellness:

The wellness area is closed seasonally from Easter to the end of May.

As a guest of the Schweizerhof vacation apartments, you can use the family pool in the Hotel Schweizerhof (with the chip cards) free of charge. For an additional charge, you can also enjoy the hammam wellness paradise or book a spa treatment at the wellness reception in the Hotel Schweizerhof. Tel: +41 81 385 25 11.

Opening hours: Daily from 07:00-21:00. There are closing times for apartment guests from 15:00 - 18:00.

General:

We ask that you do not smoke in this apartment.

We ask that you do not enter the stairwells with your ski boots on. All skis and ski boots must be deposited in the designated ski rooms (to the left of the entrance to the garage). Bicycles can also be parked in the ski rooms.

A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is located at the entrance behind the right-hand door. You will need detergent and small change (1 CHF or 20 centimes).

Waste:

Kitchen and household waste must be disposed of in sealed bags in the containers at the entrance/exit (outside parking lot).

Heating:

The radiators must be turned down when you are absent. However, the heating must not be turned off.

During the heating period, every owner or subtenant must ensure that windows and balcony doors are not left open for hours on end. The room temperature should be around 18 - 20 degrees.
