

LA RIVA
IMPORTANT: follow all the steps in sequence before lighting the fireplace
1. Open the air intake slats (on the wall on the balcony):
Pull down the lever marked red in the 2nd picture so that the slats for the air intake, which is located to the right of the fireplace on the balcony, are fully open.
2. Open the smoke outlet flap on the fireplace:
Turn the S-shaped handle on the smoke outlet flap to the right to open it, see Fig. 3
3. Air inlet on the fireplace glazing remains closed:
As shown in Fig. 4, the air inlet on the fireplace glazing remains closed
4. Set the fan/air extractor in the kitchen to OFF:
Before the fireplace fire is lit, the smoke extractor in the kitchen above the hotplates must be switched off so that no negative pressure is created.
5. Close the glass door of the fireplace
The glass door must be closed immediately after lighting the fire
After use:
- Cleaning: Once the fireplace fire has gone out completely and the ashes have cooled down completely, the ashes must be removed from the fireplace the following day and disposed of in a chargeable waste bag.
- Close the smoke outlet flap:
Turn the smoke outlet flap (Fig. 3) back to the left to the original position
