An easy mindfulness walk where every step is marked by an awareness of the here and nowšŖ·. Weāll hug the trees, cross the stream barefoot, and walk barefoot across the meadow š³.
Letās experience a short meditation together focusing on our breath š§āāļø.
Mindfulness is recommended for ages 10 and up.
The experience is stroller-friendly and open to everyone.
Parking is paid (coins only).
Letās have a picnic lunch together on the lawn (PACKED LUNCH).
