Welcome to the Heidelerche.

I will be happy to greet you at the front door from 14:00.

Just ring the "Heidelerche" bell button.

You will speak to me through the intercom at the front door (and not on your cell phone) - I will be

on my cell phone and you will be given the number of your

apartment in a personal conversation.

You also have the option of contacting me a few days before your arrival to check in yourself using our key safe and a code. You will receive the code and the number of your apartment in advance.

I will open the front door for you contactlessly via the doorbell/intercom.

In the stairwell, you will find the information for the apartment numbers clearly visible.

As already mentioned in your booking confirmation, the documents are prepared for you in your apartment

The signed invoice and the Therme Plus guest cards are ready for you. You have already transferred the booking price including the guest contribution at least one week before arrival and I have been able to prepare your documents for you. A small selection of information material and a city map are ready for you

So your vacation can begin immediately.
