Pure relaxation: We dive into a nourishing and deeply relaxing Yin practice for body, mind and soul. By holding the different positions for a longer period of time, we achieve an intensive effect down to our deep muscles, to tendons, ligaments and bones. Our connective tissue is stimulated and thus the entire circulation in our body is stimulated. Thus, step by step, we reach a deep state of relaxation, which has a calming and stress-reducing effect.
On Friday and 3:30 pm and 3:00 pm we go to the yoga platform in the garden, weather permitting. We will meet in advance at the yoga room. Feel free to bring comfortable clothing (socks, sweater) to cover up in.
No previous experience necessary.
