On narrow paths through a dreamlike cultural landscape
We hike past the historic Fürstenhaus with its picturesque chapel and make our way through the secluded forest up to Innerböden (1,301 m). From there, we continue the alpine pasture circuit to the Oberböden (1,533 m), where a fantastic view of the side valleys opposite opens up. We soon reach the picturesque Wildalm (1,740 m) with its summit cross, both of which are popular photo opportunities. In the background, we can see the glaciated peaks of the Zillertal Alps and the Zsigmondy peak, a summit with a very special history! From the Wildalm, there are several options to get back down to the mountaineering village, such as past the rustic Paschbergalm (1,358 m). If you still have time and feel like it, you can visit the new "Hidden Treasures" exhibition after the tour.
