Christmas Tree Dipping at Lake Millstatt
The Radenthein/Döbriach Tourism Association, together with the Döbriach Water Rescue Service, invites you to a special traditional event at Lake Millstatt. The Christmas Tree Dipping is a moving tradition in memory of all those who have lost their lives in water-related accidents, combining a spirit of reflection with a festive atmosphere.
Starting at 5:00 p.m., visitors are invited to the marina & rose garden at the Seefischer – Finest Hideaway in Döbriach, an atmospheric evening featuring an ecumenical blessing, with musical accompaniment by the Millstatt Brass Band and the G’suacht & G’fundn ensemble, conducted by Eva Maria Egarter.
A warm and welcoming atmosphere and refreshments will be provided.
A dignified and atmospheric event that uniquely combines tradition, music, and community.
