What's special:
-Walking and jogging sequences alternate (individually). This means that people with a low level of fitness can also take part (max. distance 1.5 km).
- Even experienced runners benefit from the technique of a running style that is particularly easy on the joints
- Professional guidance, good alignment & individual tips
