TECHNIQUE - IMPULSE - HOUR


Running and walking in an elastic, light and lively way!

- with Slow Jogging - learn the most important technical features.

- with fascia walking - based on medical walking


basics to keep your structures healthy and relieve strain in the long term, when running, hiking, walking, strolling, ....


What's special:

-Walking and jogging sequences alternate (individually). This means that people with a low level of fitness can also take part (max. distance 1.5 km).

- Even experienced runners benefit from the technique of a running style that is particularly easy on the joints

- Professional guidance, good alignment & individual tips

* No previous experience required.

* In wet weather, we will be in the gym (no street shoes!)
