Have you heard of the "Robber Kasimir Trail" in Weiler?
A nature trail that invites children to explore the outdoors in a playful way and give free rein to their natural urge to move. The newly created "Robber Kasimir Trail" features fantastic interactive stations. At a total of 10 stations, children can choose their favorite spots.
The highlight is the approximately 10-meter-long slide down the Schanzenbuckel. The marble runs also promise lots of fun
In the woods at Schanzenbuckel, Kasimir the Robber shows the way: Following his lead, young and older “robber kids” alike hike along the adventure trail. Along the way, they learn exciting facts about the forest, its animals, and its plants.
Hiking along the approximately 2-kilometer-long nature trail—which is not stroller-friendly—is a lot of fun.
Starting from the parking lots in the center of Weiler im Allgäu, the trail begins behind the rectory at the entrance to the Hausbachklamm gorge. The first stop is at the Lourdes Grotto, also known as the Welcome Plaza.
