A nature experience for the whole family: as "Dolomiti Rangers", parents and children aged 7 to 12 explore the mysterious flora and fauna of the Puez-Geisler Nature Park in a playful way. In two adventure trips per week, the young rangers discover the secrets of nature under expert guidance. The most eager sleuths who take part in both themed tours will be awarded a medal!


MODULE 1, TUESDAY

A journey of discovery into the animal and plant kingdom of the Dolomites

How can you measure the height of a tree without daring to climb? What do animals in the water say about the water quality? Together with experienced nature park rangers, the whole family discovers the flora and fauna of the Alps. Beaker magnifying glasses help us to take a closer look, we get to know the most important trees and explore nature's treasure trove over hill and dale.

MODULE 2, THURSDAY

A night hike

to plants, animals and energies of nature

Do animals and plants sleep at night?

Who is particularly active? And which stars and planets

planets can we observe in the sky?

On a nocturnal walk around St. Magdalena

children and adults sharpen their five senses

and encounter plants, animals and the starry sky

in the magic of the night.


Duration: 19.30-21.30 hrs

Meeting point: in front of the entrance

of the Puez-Geisler Nature Park House, St. Magdalena

Participation: for parents and children from 7 to 12 years old
