Have you always wanted to take a look behind the scenes of a sauna master and try your hand at it yourself? In this course you will learn how to “wave” the sauna towel directly from Laura Lenders, our special guest and world champion, together with our saunamaster Nadine.

If you like, you can then put what you have learned into practice in the afternoon with Laura Lenders during a real Aufgussin the sauna.
