Jessica Emmerich Equitours
In this seminar with Martine Wagner, we delve deeply into the world of subtle communication through body language and inner presence. Martine has a unique ability to make the invisible bond between humans and horses visible. She shows us how, through clarity, genuine listening, and subtle cues, we can build a connection based on trust, competence, and mutual respect. Participants will work with excellent, experienced horses available for rent on-site. The course can be combined with a beautiful day trip. We are happy to assist with arranging accommodations.
Course Schedule:
Saturday
Welcome and joint introduction to the basics of free work with a focus on communication, body language, and subtle aids. In the theory session, we will explore key concepts related to trust, motivation, and a clear understanding of movement in the horse. In the practical sessions, we will work—depending on your preferences—on the basics of the compliment, Spanish walk, lateral movements, and initial preparatory exercises for the piaffe. The day is complemented by individual guidance tailored to the training level of both horse and rider.
Sunday
On the second day of the seminar, we will deepen the content covered so far and expand free work to include additional creative and gymnastic elements. In theory and practice, we will focus on, among other things, the waltz, parking, and other exercises that promote coordination, precision, and expression. The focus is on harmonious communication, correct timing, and the individual development of each horse. At the end, there will be time for questions, further exploration, and personal development steps for continued training at home.
