You are welcome to arrive before 3.00 pm. You have the opportunity to stay in the house and use the wellness area. There is a changing room in the wellness area and you can leave your luggage at reception. If you have already entered all your travel details for yourself and your fellow travelers correctly online, your guest pass will be activated from 0.00 am on the day of arrival and you can already use all the benefits of the guest pass and the Summer Mountain Railway Unlimited Ticket.

We can only offer you early check-in subject to availability. Please contact us approx. 1 day before arrival. For arrivals between 11.00 and 15.00 we charge € 30.00 or for arrivals between 8.00 and 11.00 € 60.00 per room, plus additional services such as breakfast buffet or treatments.
