Description
Cross-Country Skating: Refine Your Technique on the Cross-Country Trails of the Gsieser Valley
This course is designed for experienced cross-country skiers who have completed the beginner and intermediate courses or have comparable skills. You’ll refine your skating technique, optimize power transfer, rhythm, and pace changes, and learn to adapt your technique specifically to uphill sections and varying terrain.
Level: Advanced.
Duration: 1:45–3:45 p.m.
Meeting point: 1:45 p.m. at the ski school in St. Magdalena in the Gsieser Valley.
Cost:
Season 1 (Dec. 7–24 + Jan. 7–Feb. 5 + Feb. 15–28) GP 10 €
Season 2 (Dec. 25–Jan. 6 + Feb. 6–14) GP 13 €.
Includes trail fee (for course duration).
You can rent your cross-country skiing equipment before the course starts at Huski Sports Rentals in Pichl and in St. Magdalena in the Gsiesertal for just 10 €.
