Nia moves the body, relaxes the mind, releases emotions and touches the soul. Nia combines fitness, health and wellness. Choreographed and free forms of movement, inspired by Western and Eastern traditions, combine to create a healing and powerful dance. The harmonious movements have a balancing effect on the body's energy balance and activate the body's self-healing powers. Gentle, playful, regulating and yet powerful movement - that is Nia.
Monday class is all about "power"!
The POWER CLASS differs in terms of intensity and some endurance intervals during the class.
Even powerful elements, especially in floor play, are not neglected here.
We dance barefoot or in socks - and are therefore always in the gym.
