• Bergkristall breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.: Start your day on a delicious note with our varied breakfast buffet, regional specialties, fresh products, and fine extras.

• Lunch Time with Live Cooking from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.: Look forward to a freshly prepared lunch dish from our live cooking station, served exactly as you like it. We also serve the soup of the day and a small selection of fresh salads.

• Coffee & Cake in the Bergkristall Atrium from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Enjoy homemade cakes—ideally with a panoramic view of the Allgäu Mountains. In addition, our snack menu features a variety of small delicacies (for a fee).

• Afternoon in Stube 3 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Homemade cakes made according to Hedi’s recipes, as well as fine pastries (for a fee).

• Evening dining from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.: Modern, light, gourmet cuisine featuring regional ingredients and dishes that change daily. Put together your evening menu exactly as you wish—with an appetizer, salad, soup, a choice of main courses, and dessert or cheese.

Fancy an evening in Stube 3? Depending on availability, we’d be happy to reserve a table for you. For guests staying in the main building, €30 per person will be charged toward the included evening dining experience. At Stube 3, you can choose and enjoy à la carte.

• Wine Bar: Discover more than 350 selected wines (for a fee).

• SPA Bistro: For early risers, coffee, tea, fruit, and small snacks are available on a self-service basis starting at 7:00 a.m. From 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., a small selection of cakes is also available. During lunch hours from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., feel free to help yourself to food from our live cooking station in the restaurant—even in your bathrobe—and then enjoy your meal in the SPA Bistro or, weather permitting, on the panoramic terrace.

• Breakfast basket in your suite: Upon request, we’ll bring your breakfast basket directly to your suite daily at 8:00 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. Please order this the evening before.
