We start in the apple village of Latsch and cycle towards Nördersberg. At the edge of the forest we pass the bike park and reach the village of Tarsch. We cross the village in a southerly direction to the

Medardus farm. This is where an initially steep forest path begins, which leads past the Freiberger farms to the Marzoner Alm at 1,600 meters above sea level - one of the lowest mountain pastures in South Tyrol. We then enjoy one of the Vinschgau classics that has almost been forgotten. The Tannenzapfentrail. We then take the Via Claudia back to Latsch in a relaxed manner.
