With Cathrin—our AquaFit powerhouse from Cologne—you’ll work specifically on endurance, strength, and flexibility in the water. Plus, targeted back and core training with Christina to build a strong core. And to take a deep breath: a visit to our salt cave, which strengthens your respiratory tract and boosts your immune system.
Meet our trainer Cathrin Sanker:
Cathrin Sanker brings over 30 years of experience in competitive swimming: As a licensed coach with the German Swimming Federation (trained at the DSV Coach Academy in Cologne), she has coached renowned clubs such as the Frechen Swimming Club, Wasserfreunde Fulda, the Cologne Swimming Team, Poseidon Cologne, and RTC Cologne. From 1998 to 2011, she also ran her own swimming school in Cologne—for children, adults, and all skill levels in aqua fitness.
But Cathrin is more than just a competitive athlete: As an Aquabalancing Coach (trained in Italy and Switzerland), she combines Shiatsu, breath therapy, and deep relaxation with the power of water—for a holistic experience that balances movement and stillness.
Meet our trainer, Christina Prinz:
Christina brings extensive expertise in physical therapy: As a trained physical therapist with additional certification in manual therapy, she specifically treats musculoskeletal issues and helps provide long-lasting pain relief.
In addition, Christina specializes in foot reflexology, classic massage, and lymphatic drainage—techniques that release tension, stimulate circulation, and promote deep relaxation.
