Platzlfest

On three Wednesday evenings, the church square in Welschnofen once again becomes a gathering place to enjoy the balmy summer nights.

Local bands featuring musicians from the Eggental valley create a lively atmosphere and put everyone in a good mood.

Various stands offer local specialties such as Schlutzer, Krapfen, Strauben, Welschnofen beer, and much more, inviting visitors to discover South Tyrol’s culinary side.

A special highlight is always the Schuhplattler, who delight young and old alike with their “Platteln.”

Younger guests can let off steam to their heart’s content with the children’s program and transform themselves into lions and butterflies with face painting.
