The almost square 15 m high control room has three floors. It was built from larch wood and opened in 2013. For a magnificent panoramic view over the entire Ausseer Land region, as well as the mountains of the Enns Valley, the Dachstein and the Totes Gebirge, it is definitely worth climbing to the top of the control room.
Access is via a steep but easy path. The descent follows the same path and ends at the Tressensattel. There you have the opportunity to take a break in an inn before heading back.
A short, impressive tour with an extraordinary view.
