Tyrolean recipe for cheese spaetzle

Ingredients for 2 people:

300g flour

approx. ¼ l water,

salt

1 egg

a little clarified butter

150 g grated mountain cheese


Preparation:

- Mix the flour and salt, break the egg and whisk with the water, add to the flour and
