From the Gelenke parking area near Falzes, we walk along a ploughed, snow-covered forest road in gentle ascent through a coniferous forest. After four hairpin bends, the forest becomes less dense, offering beautiful views of the Braies and Sesto Dolomites. Continuing almost level along the slope, we reach the Moarhof mountain pasture at 1,833 m a.s.l. The return is by toboggan (depending on snow conditions). For your own safety, wearing a helmet is mandatory. You can easily reserve your helmet at the reception (surcharge).
Departure with the hotel shuttle (limited number of participants; it is also possible to follow with your own car).
Total walking time: approx. 3 hours, altitude difference: approx. 300 m.
