Gin-Making Workshop with Karakter Distillery

Discover the art of craft gin in this interactive workshop led by the owner of Karakter Distillery. In a relaxed and creative atmosphere, participants learn about botanicals, alcohol bases, ingredients, and the distillation process before creating their own unique gin.

The workshop begins with a short introduction to the story of the distillery, different botanicals, and the principles of distillation. Participants then divide into small groups and, with professional guidance, select botanicals, develop their own recipe, and distill their gin using traditional copper stills.

At the end of the workshop, the gin is bottled and labeled with each participant’s own design.

This experience combines a fun, hands-on approach with educational insight into the craft of distillation. Each participant leaves not only with new knowledge, but also with a 0.5 l bottle of their own gin and a diploma as a certificate of completion.
