House rules Dear holiday guests! Our holiday apartment/house should be a second home to you. You should feel comfortable and be able to rest. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishing and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are meant to be an aid for a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment in an orderly manner, you will also help us to offer you and other guests satisfactory premises in the future. General If there is anything missing in the facility or if you need help, please contact us with confidence. All things that are in the holiday flat/house or on the balcony or terrace, or belong to it, may and should be used by the guests. Please handle the entire furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property with care. Please ensure that your fellow travellers also comply with the rental conditions. Kitchen Please treat the kitchen equipment and the technical devices with care. Since a dirty kitchen pleases nobody, please put dishes, pots and cutlery only in clean and dry condition into the cupboards. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or the worktop without a trivet. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition. Damage No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something gets broken. We would appreciate it if you would inform us of any damage so that we do not have to wait until after your departure to find it out at the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages, in the amount of the replacement costs. Airing To avoid the formation of mould, we ask you to air the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering. Duty of care We ask our guests to treat the rental object with care. The entrance door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows are to be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid possible damage due to bad weather or burglary. Disposal Waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper, aluminium and plastic. Appropriate containers are available. Please use garbage cans and cosmetic bins in the bathroom only with garbage bags and dispose of them closed in the residual waste bin. Please do not throw or pour any waste, food leftovers, harmful liquids or similar into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins and showers. Avoid anything that can lead to blockages in the pipes (no sanitary products in the toilet). Cleaning Should you ever have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), please clean it up immediately. ATTENTION: no sharp cleaning agents on the carpets, otherwise the stains will stain, we only have sheep's wool carpets. We ask you to leave the apartment swept clean on departure and to put all used dishes back in the cupboards. Quiet times In the sense of a good neighbourhood we ask you to keep the public quiet times like noon, night and Sunday rest. Also in the holiday apartment itself should be kept out of consideration between 22:00 and 7:00 o'clock silence. Internet/WLAN Please ask us for the access code. The use of the internet with your own WLAN-capable terminal (notebook, PDA, smartphone etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the tenant. You use the internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the internet use of the tenant. For the use of Internet access via WLAN, the WLAN usage rules must also be observed. Smoking Smoking is not allowed in the holiday flat/house. Please leave the holiday flat/house when smoking. Please dispose of the completely cooled down cigarette remains in the dustbin. Pets Pets are allowed after consultation with the landlords. Parking facilities It is possible to park directly in front of the holiday apartment/house, further public parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity. If a parking space is made available to you, this does not constitute a custody agreement. The landlord is not liable for loss of or damage to motor vehicles parked or manoeuvred on the property and their contents. landlord is not liable. House right In case of immediately necessary repairs it can be indispensable that the landlord has to enter the holiday flat without the knowledge of the guest. Key Please never give the keys out of your hand. A loss of the keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs. Liability The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest/guests. Arrival and departure The arrival takes place after arrangement. On the day of departure we ask our guests to vacate the holiday apartment/house by 11.00 a.m. at the latest. At your departure the holiday flat/house should look as you found it. With the booking of the holiday home we assume that the house rules are accepted. Thank you for your attention. We wish you a pleasant stay, lots of fun, relaxation and recreation.
