Under the guidance of our cold therapy experts, you will be prepared step by step for the cold bath before being accompanied into the cold water in small groups under supervision.

Please fill out the form at the reception before participating to declare your current health status and inform the supervisors of any potential risks.

Please bring swimwear and a towel, and avoid eating immediately before the training.-
