Nature Park House Kassa in Ginzling

Lanersbach 492, Tux
Why do the continents move around the earth and how did the Alps form as high mountains in the heart of Europe? We use simple experiments to discover the world beneath our feet. We start the workshop with a journey back in time, when there was only the primeval continent of Pangaea on Earth. We use a puzzle to drift the continents, rebuild the ice ages and then discover them in the "Hidden Treasures" exhibition on the Ice Age Wheel. We learn how crystals are formed and that we need them in our daily lives. After a walk to the Zemmbach stream, we polish stones with sponges to take home as a nice souvenir. Ideal for children aged 8 to 11 years.
