The Riesling thrives in good microclimatic conditions and on sandy alluvial soils with calcareous gravel at the bottom of the valley around Kaltern. The loving care of the vineyard and the well-ventilated microclimate provide the best conditions for this vine to thrive, guaranteeing the highest quality grapes.
Cold maceration takes place for six to eight hours before pressing to emphasize the wine's precious fruitiness. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with pure yeasts at a controlled temperature of 19°C in stainless steel vats.
